This document establishes the Terms and Conditions for using the services offered by FABULARTE. The customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions at the time of booking a tour.
2. Services Offered
FABULARTE provides personalized tourist experiences and assistance during visits to various points of interest. FABULARTE is not a travel agency and does not sell travel packages. The experiences offered are designed to facilitate access to cultural and artistic routes, without providing a complete organization of the trip.

Bookings can be made exclusively via email at info@fabularte.com. No payment is required at the time of booking.
Deposit and Confirmation of Booking
The deposit is required 30 days before the date of the tour, or at the expiration of the cancellation policy. At that point, the tour is considered confirmed and refunds are no longer possible. The final confirmation of the tour occurs upon payment of the deposit.
4. Payment Conditions
Payment for the services follows these methods:
Deposit
The deposit amount is variable and will be communicated to the customer at the time of sending the quote.
The deposit must be paid 30 days prior to the tour via Stripe.Balance
The remaining balance will be due on-site on the day of the tour. The customer can choose to pay the balance via credit card or cash.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation by the Customer:
Up to 30 days before the date of the tour, the customer can cancel the booking without any charges, as no payment is required before this date.
Cancellation Deadline and Confirmation of Tour:
After the 30-day deadline, the deposit will be charged and will not be refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
If the organizer is forced to cancel the tour due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, logistical problems, etc.), the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Liability
During the experiences offered by FABULARTE, carefully selected external collaborators for logistical and informational support, such as drivers and tour guides, operate with appropriate insurance coverage for the services they provide. However, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any accidents or unforeseen events that do not directly arise from its will.
7. Complaints
Any complaints must be communicated promptly to the organizer during the tour.
8. Privacy
The processing of customers’ personal data is carried out in full compliance with the current privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). The customer can consult our Privacy Policy, managed via the Iubenda service, at the following link: [link to Iubenda Privacy Policy].
