Imagine a day immersed in the heart of Tuscany, where authentic flavors and centuries-old traditions meet. This tour will take you on a journey to discover two local treasures: the renowned Cipolla di Certaldo and a rare and surprising sparkling wine produced in the Tuscan hills.
Our journey begins with a visit to a small family-run farm, a guardian of the tradition of Cipolla di Certaldo (onion of Certaldo), a product with deep roots in the history of this land. You will stroll through the fields and discover the process of growing and harvesting the onion directly from the producers. The experience will be enhanced by a special tasting of local products: you will savor a platter of local cured meats, crostini, and cheeses, all accompanied by specialties prepared with Cipolla di Certaldo, such as onion salami, spreads, and sweet and sour onions.
For those who prefer vegetarian options, fresh dishes made with seasonal vegetables from the garden will be available.

After savoring the authentic flavors of the first farm, we will move to a renowned local winery to experience something truly unique. Here, you will have the rare opportunity to taste a Tuscan sparkling wine, a product that is not easy to find in this land known for its red wines. The sparkling wine represents a surprising novelty and will offer a different and fascinating perspective on the region’s wine scene.
The winery tour includes a visit to the vineyards and the aging cellar, where you can discover the production and aging methods, including the processes used to create the sparkling wine. The day will conclude with a delicious Tuscan lunch at the winery, all paired with a selection of three fine local wines, including the sparkling wine and Chianti Riserva.
